Rosie’s Posies is a mother-and-daughter floral studio, rooted in the Cotswolds and built around our shared love of flowers.
Mum, Rosie, and me, Steph, have very different roles within the business — and that's what makes working together so special.
Mum is happiest growing flowers from seed to bloom, while I love the creative side of floristry, working with our customers and bringing ideas to life.
Together, we bring the whole journey of a flower into Rosie’s Posies — from growing and nurturing it, to designing with it and creating something beautiful for someone else's special moments.

Meet Rosie
The grower behind the flowers
Mum has spent many years growing flowers and has a wealth of experience in traditional floristry and floral design.
Her passion is growing.
From sowing the first seeds and nurturing young plants through to cutting flowers at exactly the right moment, she knows the seasons, the soil and the flowers that thrive here.
There is something particularly special about using a flower that has been grown from seed by Mum and then finding its place within a wedding bouquet or arrangement.
Her experience in traditional floral techniques also brings a depth of knowledge to everything we create — from understanding how flowers behave and condition to the practical details that make arrangements work beautifully.
Mum is the quiet force behind so much of what Rosie’s Posies does.
She grows the flowers, understands the seasons and keeps us grounded in where our flowers come from.
